I read it. We have gone through the same experiences - my Mom died 12-19-2009. I felt every word you wrote. I lost my Mom and a month later January 29th I got laid off. In February my daughter told me she was moving from CT to SC with her family. I understand. I can relate... makes a person wonder how life can be so cruel.
I'm so sorry about your mom, and your daughter's move. So many changes in such a short time. The day I got laid off, March 1, was the 3d anniversary of my mom's death. So, yeah, life can be just a big old meanie.
